As unpleasant as it is- the reality is that most businesses, individuals, and organizations will need to make serious budget cuts and concessions this year. By determining and prioritizing which programs & initiatives are currently successful and necessary to excellence, and weighing the costs of the ones that might not fall in line of providing a high-quality and equitable education. As we’ve learned, over the last few months things can/will look different- but can still be successful. While budget cuts are ugly, I see true opportunity with a positive mindset, creative & innovative thinking.
